XBRL/Interactive Data
What is XBRL?
XBRL is an XML-based language for the electronic transmission of business and financial data. XBRL is not an accounting standard; however it is a standards-based way to communicate business and financial information. The SEC requires large accelerated filers, such as ourselves, to file in XBRL for quarterly reports containing financial statements for fiscal periods ending on or after June 15, 2009. XBRL Exhibits
The filings listed below have been supplied to the SEC in interactive data (XBRL) format as part of the mandated program. Each XBRL filing is comprised of 6 files: An instance document and five extension taxonomy files. These six files have been zipped to make it easier to download and use in an XBRL-enabled viewer or analysis application. For additional information on XBRL please visit the following website: |
